Some clients may want to use previous lab results for comparison or to show their physician, therefore; you can always login and view your results.

 Your physician should accept all test results as your test will be performed by one of the largest accredited laboratories used by most physicians.

Yes. You will be contacted and given medical advice by a physician about any abnormal results. The physician will give you medical advice on the necessary steps you may need to follow.

Depending on your medical condition, the physician will call in your prescription to the pharmacy of your choice. Some easily treated conditions are STD, Yeast Infections, Herpes, Rashes just to name a few. The physician keeps record of prescriptions written for you. There is a $80 fee for prescription ordering, this do not include the cost of prescription.

No. You must have abnormal results in which your lab test were performed through LABS TO GO in order for the physician to determine your treatment. Prescriptions will only be written for easily treatable conditions.

You can view your results through our online portal. 

Only if the testing can be done through urine, blood or saliva.

Anyone including parents can order any test of their choice. You may order tests that will monitor your health by getting a complete work-up. LABS TO GO provide testing to anyone with or without health conditions including children and infants.

You will only pay an additional fee if you had an abnormal result and your specimen is sent to a reference lab. Prices vary for additional testing.

You can order test online. LABS TO GO and Quest Diagnostics both offer walk-ins during their business hours.

Yes. Our Client Services Coordinator will instruct you if the test you ordered require any necessary steps to follow.

Some basic tests may provide results within 24-48 hours, while more complex tests may take a few days or even weeks. The testing provider should be able to provide an estimate of the expected turnaround time.

No. If you want your insurance to cover your lab testing you will need a doctor’s order.
